1. Super rare and legendary members will be given free accommodation free of charge during the duration of the membership.
2. Legendary members can avail of free accommodation for 3 days 2 nights every 6 months for 5 years.
3. Super rare members can avail of free overnight accommodation every 6 months for 5 years.
4. Members will have 40-50%% off their accommodation in the resort regardless of the rarity of their NFT.
5. Super rare, and Legendary members may bring 1 other member free of charge regardless of the rarity of their NFT.
6. On top of 1 free member, Super rare and Legendary members can bring their fellow member friends and they'll only have to pay 350 pesos pax for the duration of their stay.
7. Those who have not availed of the perks of the resort will be given priority in booking.
8. Members (if approved) are subject to a renewal fee after 5 years to maintain the resort.
9. Members will be charged a corkage fee for drinks and food they bring to the resort.
10. Cancellations should be made at least 1 week in advance of booking.
11. The founders of the company may invalidate one's membership due to repetitive disregard of the company's rules and regulations.
12. After the 5-year membership period, the company reserves the right to deny applications for renewal under its own discretion.
13. Members should observe proper decorum within the vicinity of the resort at all times.
14. Walk-in guests for members are not allowed, all reservations should go through the proper booking process.
15. If not renewed, the membership of the individual is invalidated.
16. Members who have not used any of their perks may sell their NFT along with its benefits within the given 5-year period.
17. Members who have used their perks with the resort may STILL SELL the NFT, BUT the buyer must wait for 6 MONTHS from its previous use to be able to redeem its perks again. Example: The seller went to the resort on January 1 2023 and then sold the NFT on May 1, 2023, the buyer can only avail of its perks with the resort starting July 1, 2023.
18. Legendary members will be given first priority booking, Super rare members will get second priority booking, Rare members will get third priority, and lastly, common members will get fourth priority booking. However, members who do not have high rarity NFTs can go with their friends who do, to have a higher priority in booking. \
    Example: 
    * Juan has a legendary NFT and would like to go with his friends who have a common NFT, they’ll still get first priority booking. 
    * Miguel has a super rare NFT and would like to go with his friends who have common NFTs, they’ll still get second priority booking.
